Friday's Cafe and Cardio

Good Morning Everyone!

I had a wonderful day just roaming and shopping on my own yesterday.  I scored some beautiful squash, tomatoes, vidalia green onions and blueberries at the Farmers Market.  Then I picked up some of my favorites at Traders Joes and Whole Foods.  So I have a fridge and pantry full of yummy and good for me goodies.  Then to top off my day, I had a very loving and supportive group meeting at Chili's before my 1.5 hour drive home.  The fajitas were yummy and the company wonderful.  I ate the steak fajitas without the flour tortilla along with some black beans.

But it is back to work today and reality.  I hope to work on mowing my lawn this evening, so there is my cardio for the day.

my food plan is as follows:

1. Click, Protein, almond milk shake
2. Think thin bite, cheese stick
3. imitation crab and sliced tomato
4. protein drink
5. Protein, frozen strawberries, lemon shake
6 blueberries and greek yogurt

+ 64 oz water, all my supplements and coffee and tea if I feel the need to snack in the evening.

I have been successful in eliminating the snacking 3 days in a row now!

Wishing you all a WONDERFUL weekend!

Good morning BOTTers,
This has been a very good week for me.  I feel in control of my eating, no bloating belly, no eating tons of Tums a day.  I'll be getting in my 1 hr. of cardio this morning along with some weights.  My granddaughters will be here for two days, so I'll be getting in a lot of additional cardio, too.  My food for today:
B/L/Snack - protein drinks
Dinner - taco salad
Bedtime snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
I hope that everyone has a great day!

Deb,

Isn't a good feeling of empowerment when we have control of our eating?  I sure do not want to loose it again.

Have fun with your granddaughters.

Lucy,

I wish you were close enough to share my veggies from yesterday.  I can't wait to cook up the squash and onions tomorrow.  The tomatoes are soooo good.  I love to just slice and put some salt and pepper on them.  They had some nice radishes and strawberries yesterday, but I was afraid to buy too much and end up throwing it out.  My DH does not eat any veggies and very little fruit.

Enjoy your weekend!
